The special feature of the THERABAND exercise band is the principle of progressive resistance: The further the band is stretched in length, the more force the exerciser has to apply. The resistance that has to be overcome in the individual exercises therefore increases very evenly with the TheraBand exercise band and thus ensures optimal training conditions.
